Oligio X for the face comes in four shot tiers, from ₩390,000 for 100 shots to ₩2,390,000 for 930 shots, VAT excluded. The two tiers people compare most often are 300 shots at ₩890,000 and 600 shots at ₩1,590,000. A shot is one touch of the treatment tip on your skin, so a bigger tier buys wider coverage or extra passes over the same spots.
That's why it helps to stop asking "300 or 600?" and start asking which parts of your face need treatment, and how many times over each one. Below, we'll cover the full price list, what extra shots actually do, how the treatment area shapes the tier, when results tend to show, and the side effects worth watching.
Quick summary
Pick an Oligio X tier by how much of your face it needs to cover and how many passes each area gets.
Price: ₩390,000 for 100 shots up to ₩2,390,000 for 930 shots, VAT excluded, as of June 25, 2026.
In a study of a single monopolar RF session, wrinkles began to ease from week 4, and skin elasticity was still higher at week 24.
On a quote: Look for how many shots go to each area, not just the tier name.
How Much Does Oligio X Cost at Each Shot Tier?
Beautystone lists four face tiers for Oligio X, and each one includes an LED care session. Prices are in Korean won and don't include VAT.
Shot tier | Price (VAT excluded) |
|---|---|
100 shots | ₩390,000 |
300 shots | ₩890,000 |
600 shots | ₩1,590,000 |
930 shots | ₩2,390,000 |

The tier name on its own doesn't tell you much. If you choose by label alone, it's easy to end up with more shots than your concern calls for, or too few to cover it evenly.

Is 600 Shots Stronger Than 300 Shots?
Nope. On the same face, 600 shots means the tip covers a wider area or goes over the same spots a second time. Oligio X is a monopolar radiofrequency (RF) device. It heats the dermis, the layer just under the skin's surface, to help firm the skin, and each shot is a single pulse of heat delivered when the tip touches down.
*Monopolar radiofrequency (RF): a type of RF energy that sends heat into the skin through a single electrode on the treatment tip.*
The heat level of each pulse is a separate setting from the tier. Your provider adjusts it to your skin and to how the heat feels to you during treatment.
So why spend shots on extra passes? Data from Thermage, another monopolar RF device, offers a clue. In a survey of doctors covering 5,700 Thermage treatments, 92% of patients treated with lower energy and multiple passes noticed tightening at 6 months, compared with 54% under the older high-energy, single-pass approach. Those numbers came from doctors' reports rather than a side-by-side trial, and they weren't measured on Oligio X itself. How much tightening you notice depends on your skin.

Eye Area or Full Face: Which Shot Tier Fits Your Concern?
If you're only treating a small area, a smaller tier may be enough. The eye area is a good example. It's narrow and curved, so tip size matters as much as shot count.
A split-face study of 31 people used a 3 cm² tip on one side and a 4 cm² tip on the other, in a single session. Lines around the eyes improved more on the small-tip side. On the forehead, between the brows, and around the nose and mouth, the difference between the two tips wasn't statistically clear. The study didn't name the device, and results differ from person to person.
Once sagging runs from the cheeks down to the jawline, the treatment area grows, and the tier tends to go up with it. The 930-shot tier fits plans that cover the whole face and add repeat passes on several areas.
If your main concern is | What drives the shot count | What to ask |
|---|---|---|
Fine lines around the eyes | A small, curved area | Which tip size will be used |
Sagging along the cheeks and jawline | A wider area, often with a second pass | How many shots each side gets |
Firmness from forehead to jawline | The whole face, plus repeat passes | How the shots are divided by area |
Whatever the tier, the number worth carrying into a consultation is the shot count per area.
At Beautystone, the doctor first looks at your face as a whole, including how the left and right sides differ, and then decides how many shots go to the forehead, eyes, cheeks, and jawline. That split is what turns a tier into an actual treatment plan.

When Will You See a Difference After One Oligio X Session?
Changes build over weeks to months, so one session won't transform your face overnight. In a Korean study that followed 23 people after a single monopolar RF session, wrinkles began to decrease from week 4, and skin elasticity readings were still higher at week 24. Satisfaction peaked at week 12. The study didn't say which device was used, and how much you see depends on your skin.
According to the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD), RF tightening often takes just one treatment. Many people feel slight tightening right away, but results tend to look their best at about 6 months, since new collagen takes time to form.
Keep in mind that booking your next session too early means going back before the first one has fully shown its effect. For session counts and spacing, see how many Oligio X sessions you may need.

Oligio X Side Effects: What's Normal and When to Call
Redness and swelling in the treated area are common, and so is a tingling or burning feeling that lasts a few days. Some people also feel tenderness along the jawline. Rarely, too much heat can cause burns, blisters, or scarring, or shrink the fat under the skin and leave a dent.
Usually passes on its own
Redness and swelling that ease a little each day
Tingling or a warm, burning feeling that fades within a few days
Contact the clinic right away if you notice
Blisters, or skin that oozes fluid
Crusting or raw, broken skin in the treated area
A burning feeling that gets worse instead of better after a few days
A spot in the treated area that looks sunken or dented
If any of these show up, send the clinic a photo and get seen in person. A message keeps the clinic in the loop, but it doesn't replace an exam. If you've already flown home, see a local doctor and tell them which areas were treated and when.

The Bottom Line: Comparing Two Oligio X Quotes
When you set two quotes side by side, match the shot count per area before you compare tier names. Two 600-shot plans can be very different treatments. One may spread the shots evenly from forehead to jawline, while the other concentrates them on the cheeks and jawline with a second pass.
On each quote, check three lines: how many shots go to each area, which tip size is used, and whether LED care is included. If one of those is missing, ask about it first.
If you're weighing Oligio X at Beautystone, a clinic in Seoul's Hapjeong area, you can reach the team through the consultation button on this page. In your first message, mention the areas that bother you most and any RF or ultrasound lifting you've had before, with roughly when. That's usually enough to start narrowing down the tier.
