Sculptra Side Effects Nodules, How to Prevent Them

"Don’t nodules form?"

That's right. In the past, they did occur quite often. But now it's different. Today, I will explain why.

## 1. The Real Reasons Why Nodules Formed

Sculptra nodules form when PLLA particles cluster in one area.

Think about scattering seeds. If you scatter them evenly, they grow uniformly across the ground. But if you dump them in one spot, that area becomes a clump of weeds.

The same goes for Sculptra.

- When particles settle during the hydration process

- When they concentrate in one area at the end

- When they are injected without even distribution

At this point, collagen clusters and forms nodules.

## 2. The Hydration Method Has Changed

The biggest difference between now and two years ago is the hydration (dilution) method.

Sculptra exists in a dry powder state.

The process of adding water to dilute it is called hydration, and how you perform this process completely changes the distribution of the particles.
